Hey. I use to be pretty flexbile but I litteraly lost it all when I stopped dancing and stretching for like 3years. Now, it's like i'm afraid of pain ! I was wondering what should I do and this might sound stupid but is there a way to be flexible without having it being painful ? DO I HAVE TO DO LIKE SOME YOGA MIND c**p SO I DONT FEEL PAIN !!?? haha seriously tho, HELP !
