Bed and Breakfast to volunteer at in Ireland or the UK?

I'm interested in learning the business of running a Bed and Breakfast. I would like to trade my time working for accommodation and food. I'm most interested in working in Ireland or the UK. Please let me know if you know of any B&B's who do such programs!

You could check out www.discoverireland.ie and get the address of the tourist board and contact them or try writing to some of the businesses named there.

Most people here do a course in the hospitality industry.  All these courses are run by an organisation called CERT and I am sure they also have a website.

Personally I have not heard of anyone doing such a swap but it might be possible.
