  1. Here are two links that I found. When I stay in Bristol, I usually go to the Premier Inn, Haymarket @ £54pn. I like that place because it's central and the top floor is 17 storeys up! For that, go to http://www.premierinn.com

  2. You and your friends could join the YHA  youth hostels association,

if you are over 16.  It is 9.95 membership for a year.  you can then stay in many cheap places.  Bristol would be about £13.50 per night each including breakfast.    (some hostels in other cities/seaside etc can be cheaper)  Bristols YHA is right on waterside.  Walking distance,   from Temple Meads station and also to the carling academy.

sort it out and book as soon as possible.  Bristols YHA is very popular.  Central for everything.

  3. Contact Bristol Tourist Information Office (find details on the web).

They will send you loads of info about accommodation, maps, things to see and do.

    Temple Meads is South Bristol.

  4. Many bed and breakfast in Bristol area you can find here:

  5. Bed and breakfast in Bristol is very expensive, because it is in such demand. I used to have to go training there (fortunately the boss paid!), and some colleagues used to stay out at Burnham-on-Sea, and travel in.

I was looking at Bristol accommodation the other day, and found the Pembroke Guest House. If it is the one I stayed at, it is off St Paul's Road in Clifton, although I thought at one stage it had closed. There was no price shown, it was OK but basic.

If I was going up now, I would try Tyndalls Park in Clifton. If you are prepared to share rooms, it would be about £29 per night each. You can find details on the Bristol Tourist Office website. Or contact the Tourist Office, to see what they recommend.
