Bed time drink, warm soya milk-vegan question?

I like so-good soya milk but not for bedtime, i'm more of a cold fruit juice for bed guy :)

I don't drink warm soya milk during bedtime. But I like warm soya milk and order this drink when I am out.  

Besides warm soya milk, try warm almond drink (have the texture like soy milk but with the almond smell). We can get almond powder (with or without sugar or herbs) here easily and making a cup is so easy too. : )

Almond powder or green tea powder can be added to warm soy milk too.

For cold soy milk, i like to have watermelon added to it.

I drink a tall cup of plain soy milk with strawberry flavoring in it.  I use silk.  I drink that for the nutritional value.  I used to eat a bowl of fortified breakfast cereal for a bedtime snack, but my appetite is under control and I no longer need a snack.  I like the soy milk though because it is cool and refreshing.  I don't heat it up, but maybe I'll try that tonight.

When I had Chocolate Silk before bedtime, I would drink it cold.  Hot milk, soy or otherwise, never did it for me.  Unless I'm sick, I prefer cold bevvies.

I don't understand why you are asking about amounts of soymilk...isn't that an individual decision? Are you asking for recipes?

I heat Silk chocolate soymilk because I like hot chocolate and I find it is one of the best brands. I don't care for their plain milk; one of my fave plain brands is Westsoy Original. I like the unenriched part because I feel that fortifying soymilk with calcium is a BAD idea (Silk is fortified, unfortunately). I also enjoy Edensoy rice/soy blend, which is unfortified.

i used to drink warm soya milk before bed. half a glass. usually plain. its alpro-soya.    but nowadays i prefer to drink rice milk. as i think it tastes better than soya - also longer lasting.

I used to drink Silk when I lived in the USA, either vanilla or plain, usually low fat
