Bedouin Tea?

I recently visited a Bedouin Village for tourists in the Negev desert of Israel, and they served us some tea that I really enjoyed. I think they may have mentioned that it had tamarin in it, but I am not sure. Where can I find a recipe or a place to buy it? Thanks!

try a mideastern eatery I also had that opportunity, didnt taste the tea, but did get a momento.
