My husband and I are having problems in the bedroom...he has issues with premature ejaculation. It is so frustrating for me because well, I need him to last longer to satisfy me. I get angry and I know he feels badly. What can I do? We have tried taking little breaks and slowing it down so he lasts longer but I'm at my whits end here!! Can someone please give me some advice

  1. He needs to get on a regular routine of rubbing one so he won't be so charged. He can also see his doctor and get some medication to help the situation. Good luck!

  2. Have him m********e before you have s*x. Not DIRECTLY before, but a few hours before. If he's already ejaculated once that day, it'll be harder for him to do it again.

Also, if he can't satisfy you with his dong, have him use his mouth or fingers. There are so many other ways to have wonderful orgasms. :) Plus that will give him more time to recover and allow him to last longer.

Also, I don't want you to get ideas, but men last a lot longer if they've had a little alcohol. My bf and I had s*x after a party one night, and he lasted nearly 3x as long as he normally would have. I'm not saying you should get him drunk, lol, but it's just an idea.

  3. He should begin with his physician. Just to check things out and get advice. Then, move on to a professional for techniques and advice. The doctor may be able to point you to one. It's for sure not the first case he's seen. It's not always possible for him to "last" a lot longer. But there's no reason for you to not get all the pleasure you want out of it. There are a lot more possibilities for satisfaction than stuffing the peg in the hole. People aren't born knowing it all, and they are rarely given a handbook to guide them. (Although it's been done. The traditional "pillow book" slipped to Japanese couples, for instance.) Heck, if it was anything else you wanted to do well, you wouldn't hesitate to get instruction. This is no different.

  4. Did you try using toys?

  5. There are actually several things you can do.  Foreplay is always very good, but trying various things to get you to your peak prior to him entering.  They also make some great creams now that have a slightly numbing feeling for him that can help him last longer.

  6. Maloney has got it right on, perfect answer.

  7. www.divineremedies.com/premature_ejacula...

  8. Have him see a Dr. But if you want to explore other options, have him m********e before hand, maybe a little less foreplay, guide him and show him how you like things. If it were me I'd definitely go see a Dr. because you say you're getting angry, and it will only get worse and WILL effect your marriage. Good luck.

  9. i know this will sound wierd but try a c**k ring it will keep it harder longer and yes maloney deffinately a perfect answer. also if your husband is on a medication of somekind it might have an effect on this. have him talk to his doctor and as always dont forget there are more ways then s*x to exspress your feelings for echother.

  10. Have you tried getting professional help and also there is a lot of medicines out there to help. You can even check online and there is a lot that you can get.

  11. You may want to start the evening by getting him off about 30min before the main event.  Maybe take a shower between innings.  He should have more staying power the second time around.  Also, don't wait too long between sessions.  If it has been a few days, a strong wind will be all that's needed after he gets a look at your body.  So, a daily ritual will help out.

Also, you may want to have him talk to someone.  Most of s*x is about what's happening in your head.  If he can get that straight, then it should be smooth sailing to the big O for you...

  12. here are a few things from youtube.. tht can be helpful.. i wouldnt know. try them.. there are many cases like yours and you dont have to feel alone..
