I am a 14 and a half year old Teen Boy. My current bedtime is 11:00 on school nights. But i dont think that is fair because i am more mature then most 14 year old boys. I was thinking somethign like 1:00.I always get up on time for school.(7:00) But i always fall asleep around 1:30.So i am laying in bed for 2 and a half hours staring at the ceiling. Is that bad for my health? What should be my bedtime.
