  1. i have the same problem. i wear goodnights too. when i go to sleep overs, i wear sweat pants or just something baggy. also, if someone notices, tell them, if they laugh, they are not a real friend. if somone is a real friend, they will understand your problem and not laugh, if you dont want to take the chance, thry these things-

stop drinking maybe to hours before you go to sleep

set your alarm for maybe every two or three hours, and go to the bathroom.

or you could just wake up once during the night to go.

  2. You might have nocturnal enuresis. It is normal and will go away once you get older. You would not believe how many kids have it and hide it! Good luck!

  3. I know it is hard to not be embarrassed, but it really is nothing that you can help.  Since no one ever wants to talk about it, there is probably another girl at the slumber party that is going through/or has gone through what you are going through.  It is more common than people think.  And I know you have probably heard this, but you will grow out of it. Wear really baggy sweatpants or really baggy PJs, or even a night gown.  Remember that if someone makes fun of you, they really aren't your friend.

  4. ware boxers over your goodnight and put in a bag and take it home with you and know one will know

  5. if you're embarrassed, pull your friend aside, and tell her your problem, but tell her to keep it to herself. Tell her you'll come if you can come to her party, but leave before everyone goes to sleep.

  6. you need to have your parents call your doctor.. there is a medication that can be prescribed for bedwetting.. my son take a little pill everynight and now does not wet the bed,... he was checked and is fine.. so the doctor was able to prescribe this medication.. there is also a nasal spray..  you spray it in your nose every night and no more bedwetting,... then you can go to the slumber party with  no  worries...

  7. well u prob hav a infection my cuz did nd shes in 8th she

stopped last year dnt worry it shouldnt b other pplsz busniess

jus wear ur goodnites nd dnt let ne 1 kno but it if spills say u hav a serious infection

  8. 1.--try not to drink anything before you go to sleep (like 1-2 hours before)

2.--go to the bathroom before you go to sleep

3.--if you have a cell phone with an alarm set the alarm a few hours after around the time that you plan to go to sleep (example: if you were to go to sleep at 12am then set the alarm at 4am) **try to set the alarm on a low setting so that it won't wake up anyone else, but so that you can still here it

4.--if you still want to wear a GoodNite then wear a long t-shirt and some pants so that if the GoodNite makes your pants/butt look puffy they won't be able to see because the shirt will cover the GoodNite/your pants

p.s.--try those things a few days before you actually go to the sleepover to see if it'll work or if you need to change a few things

    Hope this helps! =)

  9. I had the same problem. I'm 16 but didn't stop until i was about 14. Whenever I selpt at someone elses house I would usually just take a chance. For some reason i would always get lucky and nothing would happen maybe it was a response from my body, i dont know. but everything everyone is saying about not drinking for a few hours before is true. and also that you need to go to the bathroom before you go to bed. Baggy pants usually don't help with the goodnites because they make noise. Something my father told me because he used to have the same problem is that you really have to want it to stop, and it should stop as you get older. Another thing that someone said to do is set an alarm every couple of hours, this also works very well. Or you can just have it go off a couple of hours before you would normaly wake up. Another thing i used to do is go to the bathroom a lot when i was at slumber parties and not go to sleep until really late. well. i know i didn't give you much new information but a lot of what people said was true and somethings weren't.

  10. My daughter has this issue.   Put your goodnite in your bag and change in the bathroom.  Wear pj's with pants of course.  Bring a zip lock bag.  In the morning, change in the bathroom.  Put the wet goodnite in the zip lock bag and back into your overnight bag.  Throw it away when you get home.  No one will ever know.

  11. wear a maxie pad they will think your on your period. get up in the middle of the night and go pee several times. don't drink for 3 hrs before bed time if there is a bed time being 7th graders you will probably stay up all night  so don't worry. and have fun.

  12. Try HONEY. My son has this problem and in my research I found that people swear by honey. It apparentely absorbes the water so it doesnt fill your bladder. I tried it with my son but he didnt like taking two tablespoons of honey.

  13. do your parents know you do this? i would discuss the situation with them because it's way beyond slumber parties and goodnites.

  14. Ugh. I wet the bed until I was at least 12. It was terrible, especially for a female. People who haven't gone through it DON'T GET IT.

Wear the goodnites... bring a big duffel bag and a plastic bag for the morning. Change in the bathroom and wear thick PJ bottoms. In the morning, use the bathroom and take your duffel bag with you... put the goodnight in the plastic bag and you can take it home to throw away.

Also bring an extra pair of pants/underwear just incase.

Talking to a doctor can help. There are some treatments available... one is called the Potty Pager. Basically, it vibrates once it detects wetness and wakes you up. Really effective actually, I used it.

  15. Be sure not to drink before bed and go and make sure you get it allll out of your system before you go to bed.

Or wake up in the night and go.

Or just wake up before them.

    x3

  16. talk to your doctor because it isnt normal for someone your age to still be wetting the bed
