How do I get from 242nd St in the Bronx to Worth St. In Yonkers on the Westchester Bee Line Bus

Take any version of the route 1 or 2 (they both begin at the W 242nd St subway) to Getty Square, transfer to the Route 8 northbound (ask the driver on the 1/2 where to get it, but S Broadway and New Main St is the big stop), which will take you to Saw Mill River Rd and Lockwood Ave, 1 block south of Worth St.  For the return trip on the 8, there is a stop right at Worth St.
