Beef Roast Suggestions?

I threw a beef roast in the crock pot this morning. Its a smaller roast so it will be done before I get home--might even be a little dry (I'll be home late--cat/vet appointment and then getting the two kids). What can I do with the roast so the kids will eat it?

Carve it up and serve it with brown gravy (use a mix), peas, and mashed potatoes.

Shred it and mix with BBQ sauce and serve on buns .... Use small slices of it to make Beef Stroganoff ...   Make a beef pot pie (refrigerated/frozen pie crust, cream of something soup & frozen mixed vegetables)

I suggest you not to eat beef it is a hot meat your wish...

slice it and add some marjoram to thick gravy, serve it with creamy mash.  good old stomach filler.

Since it's in the crock pot, I would sprinkle it with dry onion soup mix and spoon in a can of cream of mushroom (or other cream soup) soup and 1/4 can of water.  It will make it's own gravy and stay moist and tender.
