I am a skinny person with huge b***s, oddly. Well, I don't like them this way, and I am curious if being a vegan I might lose some of them??

  1. Not without becoming anorexic. Talk to your doctor about a breast reduction procedure if your uncomfortable. Ask this question in YA Womens Health too.

  2. Re: asker's question- Maybe but maybe not- if so it will be that you lose some weight by being on a healthy plant based diet- and if you do have some fat there- it will go away. However, you said you are already very slender- so chances are it's your genetics, and vegan or not- the genetics of your body won't change- if you really want them smaller- I would consider breast reduction- no diet of any kind is a guaranteed breast reducer....

    Re: answer above mine-

The fact that soy increases breast growth is myth- it does create estrogen-like reactions- but that whole breast growth (usually argued by the dairy industry that it causes male breast growth) is total c**p.

It does however according to medical studies show instances of helping with breast cancer (yes helping) and menopause.

Eat soy in moderation as part of a varied vegan diet- you will be fine.

  3. b*****s are one of the first places on the body you lose fat, so if that's what you're after, then maybe, but stay away from soy products.  My opinion, but I've seen family members that eat that way and it seems like the soy makes your body produce more estrogen...
