Been ahving nightmares for the last week!?

I hardly ever have dreams and for the last week I have been waking up like 5 times a night because of these horrible dreams I've been having... any idea why this has been happening?

    Maybe you're stressed out

    Nightmares are often related to your psychological fears. Even though those nightmares might make your scared or angry, they are usually reflecting an element in yourself that you'd rather keep hidden or ignore.

    Nightmares are designed to get our attention, and they shock us into noticing them and (hopefully) getting their hidden message. They can be helpful when they're interpreted. That's becuase they are revealing things at a deeper level, something that we don't recognize in our waking life(when you're awake).

  3. Nightmares hit when you are stressed out about something

    They are also a symptom of post traumatic stress syndrome

    If you are having a lot of problems or your home life is rough or you having a bad time at school, these things tend to have a heavy impact on you whether you know it or not leading to inner fears which causes nightmares.

    Maybe the nightmares are being triggered by things you are watching on television as well.
