  1. motivational posters, or have some inspirational quotes from leaders printed and framed. you couls have weekly meetings and ask the staff to each bring in a quote. You could also start a book study...like Dale Carnegie or John Maxwell books and take 1 hour a week to discuss that weeks chapter. You could have your office buy lunch once a week like Subway or something and have evrybody picnic in a park . These are little things that develop leadership skills and take away some stress. I have also seen some offices do *play days* where they take an hour or two and have everyone color in coloring books or something crafty. Remember not to overdo it but a little goes a long way.

  2. Recognize birthdays for each month-order cake

staff appreciation through small gift cards to places like blockbuster or starbucks

in staff meetings implement a "kudos" system where people are allowed to compliment or thank a co-worker for help

    jean fridays

arrange a lunch outing for all staff

rotate turns bringing in donuts or bagels for breakfast once a week

    potlucks

people are always motivated by food and gifts :)

  3. in the office when they ask solution of a problem then give them some solution and not a problem on the  solution

  4. How about a team-building day?  Have it someplace outside of your office.  Could be a picnic?  But it has to be during the workday - so that people will be there.

  5. Get a writing board, hang it on the wall somewhere in the office where everybody can see and write an inspirational quote each day on it or encourage others to write too
