Been to Italy?

I want to visit Italy, but don't want to stay in one of the big touristy cities. I really want to stay in the country or a small city, but of course this is a little harder to find. Any suggestions as to a location or even an inn?

  1. Just head north to Florence....Toscana is a great small veru rural place....and on top of that it is amazing and beautiful....Rome and Venice are very very busy


  2. I lived in Italy for a long time.. Go to a small city in the center of the country like Lucca or Florence... You will have a great time :)

  3. I LIVED IN MILAN ITALY FOR 7 YEARS .I WENT EVERYWERE .IF U DNT LIKE CLUBS GO TO PALERMO SICILY .IN A VILLAGE AROUND THERE ULL HAVE PEACE GREAT FOOD .THE BEST WINE
