What foods should you EAT and AVOID if you have high cholesterol?

IF U CAN, plz give me a list. Avoid and Eat. And a lot of information would be great.

Also im not fat im 5'7 and 140 pounds....yeah thats not fat lmao. Ive a very active person its, just that i had surgery from july 22 and went to the doctord to get my final sticthes out yesterday and now i can do what ever i please, so during tht whole month block i havent been eatting that good, and i need help.

  1. It sounds like your condition is inherited. But to keep your cholesterol down, definitely take lots of Omega-3 oils. That includes fish oil, flaxseed oil, and borage oil, among others. They are safe and just as effective as medicine (if not more so).


  2. Seriously, You need to eat oatmeal and/or cheerios. The high fiber is what lowers the bad cholesterol. Eat either one or both every morning at breakfast for one month, then have test done and you will have lowered it...
