Been trying to conceive for over a year now and i have been reading that chinese medicine/herbs can help.

where can i buy these medicines/herbs

Well if you are overly exerted then you might be stressing your body out making it harder for you to get pregnant. If you really want chinese herbs then check out a local health food store or natural remedies store.

i have just been reading about the herb chasteberry that is supposed to help you regulate your hormones, etc and help in TTC. They sell it on it own but I am going to buy it in Fertility Blend which they sell at GNC or Rite Aid- worth a shot

I would go to the doctor. There could be a deeper problem. I to have been TTC for a year, went to the doctor and they found out I have some issues. I am getting surgery to "clean myself out" in August and then I should have no problem concieving. I had NO clue that I had anything going on. Better to know now then to keep trying and wasting your money on herbs and stuff if you have a issue that can quickly be fixed by a doctor. Could be your hubby too. Get his swimmers checked.
