  1. Are you seeing the bobbin thread on top?  If so, the machine has been misthreaded.  Rethread from scratch, with presser foot in the UP position so the upper thread can enter the top tension, and make sure the bobbin thread is in the bobbin tension.  Either tension may need cleaning.


  2. Clean out area under bobbin.  Put in a new needle,  Rethread Machine.

    Otherwise bring it back where you bought it for servicing.  You are still under warranty
