Beer garden in astoria, queens?

im coming from garden city park. how do i gte there via train?

If you take the LIRR into Penn Station, the quickest way to get there is to leave Penn Station and walk one avenue East on 32nd Street to 6th Avenue.

From there (right in front of Manhattan Mall) you can take the N  subway train to Astoria Boulevard (the next to last stop).

The elevated train is above 31st Street - follow that in the same direction the train was going and walk to 24th Avenue.  Make a left and the beer hall is on 24th Avenue between 31st and 29th.

Have fun!  I love the beer garden - go early for a good table, especially if there are any soccer games or big sporting events going on.
