Beer or Vodka, and being drunk?

Which one gets you drunk faster?

Vodka. But if you want to go with beer go with like a 40 of Old E. That will get you drunk too cause it's malt.

Vodka , trust me , I have experienced both.

I need 7 beers in order to get drunk, so that is 3500ml of drink.

But I only need 300ml of vodka and I become drunk.

They get you drunk in the same amount of time when comparing serving to serving.

1.5oz of 40% vodka contains 0.6oz of ethanol alcohol.

1.5 x 0.4 = 0.6

12oz of 5% beer contains 0.6oz of ethanol alcohol.

12 x .05 = 0.6

The only way to get drunker faster is to consume more. However, consuming at a faster rate leads to greater chances of adverse reactions...tossing your burritos on the bars floor for example.

Your best bet...drink in moderation and just enjoy the flavors of the alcohol...and the buzz that comes along with it. Drinking to get drunk just leads to problems later in life. Believe me, I've been there and I wish someone would have pointed this out to me when I was younger.

Ounce for ounce, Vodka definitely. However, many people like beer more and can drink it quickly, and therefor will get drunk faster.

Personally, I'd go with Bourbon, but then again I generally drink for pleasure, not to get drunk.

if you want to get hammered quick here is a great beer game . Don't do this with vodka.. But on the song called Thunder By ACDC and what you do is every time they sing thunder chug your beer gaurenteed by the end of the song you will have 3 beers gone and you will have a buzz. its a great pre game - game

put bottle of vodka in freezer .don't worry it wont explode .all it will do is thicken.drink neat very very slowly enjoy. no hangover guaranteed.
