Beer pong help? idk wht that is.?

sup. my friends were talkin about beer pong and i have no idea wht that is. anyone can tell me how u play it? i understand u need a partner for it? help me out guys. 10 points for the best answer!

You need cups filled w/ beer ( how ever many cups u want ) and a long table or pingpong table

You split cups> put them in a diamond shape 6 on each side of a long table... you and a partner try to get the pingpong ball into the cup of beer... If you get it in the owner of the cup drinks the beer.  First team to make the others drink all the beer wins

Most common method are over hand shots and bounce shots :)

Its a combination of bowling, shuffle board, and basketball.  Essentially,you have a set amount of cups, your opponent...the same #.  And you take turns shooting into each other's cups...with your opponent drinking your made cups.  The first one to pop the opponents cups wins.

Every group of friends has their own side rules...does bounce = 2 cups, certain re-rack positions, what justifies overtime, etc.  These differ from place to place and you should not feel embarrassed asking (or better yet "establishing") these rules before the game.  I do it every time so people do not have unnecessary fights.
