Bees nest in yard?

Question

A swarm of bees made residence in a ground hog hole right outside my front door. My daughter threw a rock on the hole but it did not cover it fully and they swarmed and stung her. Does anyone know what safe method to use to make them leave?

wait till dark and pour gas on the nest, when it's dark the bees won't swarm as quick gives you plenty of time to pour and go it will get rid of the nest over night.

There is no safe way....whatever you try and do to make it a safe way it wont. You will have to use some bee spray to get rid of them as harash as it sounds.

the BEST way is to call a bee keeper...they know exactly what to do.

If u wana be superwomen, than locat the queen bee in the hive and move her wherever u want, the hive will follow.

Or another good option is Smoke them out, bees can not stand smoke and will fly away...burn alil something there.

But the best option is still to call a beekeeper, try 911, they could give you excellent help...

are they honeybees or yellow jackets?  They look similiar...google images on each and you will see the differences...
