I have the book and read it several years ago. It is about a relic, hair, that supposedly was taken from Beethoven's head and handed down generation to generation in one Jewish family. The hair wound up in scandanavia during WW2. That's about all i remember.

I enjoyed the read. Combination of history, mystery, music, biography. Some of my favorite subjects.
