Beetle 1982 .. how can i make the air condition work?

i have the beelte 1982...

the wiper thing aint workin... the reservoir is in the trunk,, but its not hooked up.. any idea how it shud b?

and.. there's this black box thing under the hood.. they told me its 4 the air conditiong ... but its unplugged, and doesnt seem like its workin..

i just got the car,,, and i duno how 2 make the ac thing work.. and the wiper thing..

hope any one knows a lil bit about it !
