Before becoming an official member of da FBI, do u have 2 go through pain and being tortured?

im 11yrs. old and my dream is 2 be one of the bureau but my big sis and my friends said that before becoming an official member you have to experience pain that means they need 2 tortue you, is it true? thats kinda scary :(

You can't legally torture someone, the best bet is to work hard in school and aim for the top. I don't even think you do withstanding interrogation training, count yourself lucky.

no not really but you do have to be shocked by a tazer because you do it to other people and you know how it feals but there it to tortue you will be fine dont wory about it..

i've never heard anything about that, but i wanted to be fbi too until i found out they do a spinal tap, a spinal tap is where the put a big needle into your spine and suck out a few fluids to make sure that you've never done mushrooms, acid, or other hallucinogens(they want your mind to be essentially pure). a spinal tap is ridiculously painful and will continue hurting for MONTHS. although not super bad like it does originally

the reason i say "used to" is because i'd done both mushrooms and acid, and that never leaves your spinal fluid, so if you're still interested in all that be sure not to do mushrooms or acid, i'd say stay away from all drugs, but then i'd be a hypocrite, i love to alter my mind from the norm

They use a tazer on you so that you know exactly what your doing to peole when you use it.

You will be trained, and possibly trained to withstand interrogation.

But you will not be literally tortured.

No it's not true. It is exactly like the Police academy with some law school and procedure drills. It's hardly a boot camp.

If you're worried about torture, you may want to rethink your career choices. (certain government agencies may require some unusual training tactics due to challenges faced on the job). Generally nothing lethal, but scary, and mistakes do happen on rare occasions
