Before dance starts up?

I used to be really in shape when i did dance, then i moved and quit for a year, but now my legs are as toned and now that I'm starting up again i want to get back in shape. what are some good excercises to get my dancer legs back? ..dance starts september 3rd...so i want to be ready by then

  1. For Flexibility in your legs: practice lunges, splits, open your legs in second position and pt your chest on the floor, mounts, sit on the floor ad put your legs together out in front of you and try and put your chest on them, stand up with your legs together and try and put your chest on them.

    For strength: Do lots of releves (rises onto high demi pointe), retires, a theraband would help aswell..
