Before puberty for males

is it normal to get horny a lot because i have hair down there and my parents say my voice is changing and what is really weird i am 13 and expected it to happen later but puberty at 1 random time

You are certainly into puberty as pubic hair is definitely one of the signs . So yes it is perfectly normal for a 13 year old guy to get horny .

Puberty is a process that can be started as young as 11 and even as late as 16 (but rarely) It happens within a different time span for all guys so it is possible you are just a bit ahead of mates at the same age

Nothing at all to worry about , although obviously this is a time where you naturally have concerns about your body and development etc

Puberty is a crazy time.  Different parts of your body start changing and it's an exciting time of your life.  It's also kinda wild emotionally and mentally.  The horniness is part of that and almost everything turns us on during this time.  You'll also find that your emotions can be very extreme.  You may find yourself angrier than usual, sadder than usual, and even happier than usual.  All of these things level out after a few years and we all experience this.

There's nothing to worry about during puberty.  Your body knows what it's doing.  The best thing for you to do is to eat right, get plenty of rest, and exercise to better help your body do everything it needs to.  It's a great time in your life, so try to enjoy it.  Don't waste this time by worrying about things that you can't control.

Blame hormones for feeling horny all the time. That too is normal. In fact, IF you weren't then there might be something wrong with you. So just m********e to help relieve the feeling. It's great. Gets your heart started in the morning.

You are in puberty, and it lasts for a few years.    Some guys start it late, and that's more stressful because they wonder if it will ever happen at all.

Some guys start at 11, and it appears that you are right on track, so relax and enjoy yourself, at least you don't have to worry about when it's going to happen; you are there, becoming a man.
