  1. 2006 Hawthorn vs Brisbane.

Hawthorn didn't score in the first quarter

  2. don't know, sure don't care either

BTW AFL and VFL are separate entities and they always have been.

  3. I don't know but I have been listening to the commentary and I know that the last time a team scored that kind of points margin in the first quarter was in 1974 (the year I was born!) Wow!

I feel very disappointed for the Demons and their supporters. I do hope that they can pull everything together soon.

  4. **I think there have been a few games where a team hasn't scored anything in the first quarter but apparently the lowest scoring match was 0.1.1 to St Kilda back years and years ago (the 1920's or something like that).  Melbourne's losest scoring match was 9 back in the 1910's.

Was a bit of a shame to see Melbourne playing like that last night.  I was at the game and felt sorry for their supporters.  To their credit they played a bit better after the first quarter.**

  5. Tonight was the first time in MANY YEARS, hasnt happened since 1974. And it was actually a game with melbourne,  where they kicked:

    Melbourne 0.0 0.1 0.1 0.2

So melbourne holds the record, poor club!

  6. I'm not sure, but I feel sorry for the Melbourne supporters, it's never nice to see your team get thrashed by that much.

  7. It hasnt happened for MANY MANY MANY MANY MANY years ! the commentors said since 1974! I feel sorry for the club and supporters! But hopefulkly they will get their act together soon!

    GO WEST COAST EAGLES!

    x

  8. Not sure in the AFL, but it happened at lasts years WAFL Grand Final (!), when Claremont scored 0.0.0 in the first quarter againt Subiaco. LOL!
