  1. better late than never

  2. It is never too late to begin, the question is what are your goals?

If you want to improve yourself and do better, then you will certainly do better.

People who begin at a very young age have some advantage, but in running that is not a great advantage like it is in sports where technique is required, say tennis or golf.

You should be careful if you have not been doing any running. It is easy to do too much too soon and become injured.

So with the help of your coach design a program where you will strengthen your connective tissue and muscles while building your endurance.

You should be able to be your best in less than one year, two at the most.

It depends on your time schedule as to what you should and can do in time for school exams.

  3. It is never to late to accomplish anything. I always heard runners were some of the smarter athletes. Increased blood flow too the brain increases the brains memory capacity, which is stores your acquired intelligence.

  4. In the end you will be in better shape.  Otherwise your exams may suffer because of fatigue.  I would start after unless you have a lot of energy to burn

  5. no clue but my points thing was at 666 so i had to change it

  6. I'm not sure what your question is about?  Can you explain a little more?
