Hi.
Starting this september i'm trying to start working out so I can get in shapes... but as you can tell, i'm fairly new with this whole workout thing...
Mainly, i'm focused on losing weight and getting bigger...
I'm about 5'11, 210lbs...
I think I can bench about 170... and squat over 300... last time I checked was about a year ago...
so if you will, please create a workout schedule
that I can just do it without killing myself or anything like that...
so I want to lose overall body fat, and build up more muscle.
