  1. I would not recommend buying a mustang. Alot of new drivers can't handle a rear wheel drive car.

Try looking at an acura integra. They're easy to find. They're great cars that are reliable, and easy to customize.

  2. For $10k you can get an older Mustang or Camaro or something.  You've got a lot of options there.  But I don't recommend you buy something like that just yet.  Your first car is going to get beat on a lot as you learn to drive and maintain it.  Even if you don't total it in a wreck, you're going to back into poles, hit curbs, neglect important maintenance because you forget or don't have the money, and basically just bang it up.  Wait until you're 18 and have been driving for a while to get that nicer car.  If you really want something sporty and cool... maybe an old Mustang convertible?  The '94-98 models are fairly cheap now and you can find ones that've been maintained for around $6,000 if you look.  The red ones, with a nice wax job and some rims, still look very sharp.  You better be ready to get a job to pay for the insurance and gas, though.

  3. Honda prelude sounds perfect.... not too powerful but just enough for a 4 cylinder engine and gets good mpgs

  4. uhm.. a 16 year old with a mustang is NOT a good combination. First off you are ROOKIE and CANNOT HANDLE that type of car, don't matter if it's a v6 or v8. You start off with something more like under 5,000 and not so... how should i word this...."Powerful".

With time then YES go ahead buy a Mustang Whatever you want, but now I don't think you should be driving that type of car, knowing you aren't experinced enough and most likely will bump everything when parking or driving. so my guess, GEO METRO. ok on a serious note, how about different type of car, nissan sentra/maxima, something more "Teen Friendly"

  5. 3 year old ford focus.  This gets over 35 miles per gallon.  your supporting a company who's profits go back into the US not Japan and it a very reliable car.  It handles really good too.  Should be under $10K.  20 to 30,000 miles.

  6. Go with a cobalt. You can easily get an SS for $13k and an LS for under $10k.

  7. i know the perfect car that u would like and it should be in that price range

    ...i suggest this color too

it is very economical...but i think it will run ya about $13,000

    but its a nice car
