  1. Well,  my studio is old-school so we can't wear pads. I'm allowed to use papaer bags and paper towel. No blisters♥

  2. i use ouch pouches, and they work like a charm

or gels work just as good, if not better.

    good luck!

  3. Well my teacher told me that it's better not to use any padding, just a paper towel on your feet...but if you're just a beginner, use ouch pouches or ouch pouch juniors, they are some of the best..by bunheads..

  4. yeh definitley Ouch puches. well i have these like gel pads they are great ive always used them and i have never had blisters, bleeding or anything! and its pratically pain free!

  5. My daughter has used lambs wool and gels. You just put them around your toes and put on your shoes. Some dancers put on the pad, then their tights, then the shoes. There are convertible tights for this use.

  6. i <3 my ouch pads! they are amazing! but the first couple months on pointe, my studio doesn't let us tape or wear anything on our toes. this was to make our feet and toes stronger! it worked, but i still wouldn't go a day with out my ouch pads!

i put them right on my toes and then put my tights over them, but some peeps put them over their tights!

    good luck! hope i helped!
