I am wanting to start off being a Techno/House/Trance/Electronic DJ and wanting to know what is a good way to start off with gear. i am really on a little price range. So i want to stay low on price but get the best i can for the little price.

You can probably get your hands on used equipment. A lot of people buy equipment, then realize DJing is to hard for them and they sell it to the local record or music equipment store. These will offer massive discounts sometimes. A used piece of equipment is generally just as useful as a new set. To start off, just practice mixing two tracks together and then make it more complex from there.
