Beginner tennis racket

Question

I am looking for a good inexpensive tennis racket for myself. I'm 15 years old, 5'5" and aren't too strong. The racket I have now has too much power, probably because it's a Wilson junior racket. I am looking for something not too fancy, but something that will really improve my game. Also, does anybody know of any sites that sell used tennis rackets. Thanks.
