I need to write each power as a product of the same factor:

1 to the 5th power

3 to the 8th power

10 to the 4th power

Then i need to evalute each expression:

2 to the 3rd power

4 to the 3rd power

1 to the 10th power

(Does this mean writing them out as X times X times X?)

i need to write each product in exponential form:

3 * 3

1 * 1 * 1

4 * 4 * 4 * 4 * 4 * 4 * 4

(Does this mean just writing them as X to the X power?)

****Also - if anyone knows of any really good, free, simple websites that I can use in the future for homework help....****

  2. a really awesome website you can use is your library's. I live in Philly, PA, but you can still use their site as long as you have a library card. if you don't you can go there and get one for free:

    www.library.phila.gov

go to programs/services, teens, homework help, and then enter your card number (on back of card). enter your subject, grade, etc., then wait for a live tutor to help you. this is powered by tutor.com, but if you go directly to their site you must pay. no personal info needed. good luck!!
