Beginning painter! NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE!?

heyy.

my parents are letting me paint my room next week and i was wondering if you intermediate painters can give me some tips? I know the basics like when I start off to make a 3 ft W then fill it in without taking the paint roller thingie off the wall.

What else is there? HOW DO I PAINT CORNERS??? i really need help on that 1.

That blue tape thing that seperates where you want paint to where you dont want it, how do i put that on say that white border thing every1 has in there room properly so i dont get paint there? Also I dont want to get paint on the ceilings how do i put it there?

How many coats do i need anyways? I am doing light blue and my room is small.very.

i heard of something called the 5-in-1 tool (do i need it?)

what else do i need?
