Basically it means how you will control your classroom and what techniques will you use to keep the class in line.  You can have the best lesson in the world but if you do not have good classroom or behavior management you will never get to properly teach you lesson.  Google token econonmy.  That is what I use in my classroom.

What you've listed are theories - not systems.  The system is the actual practice that you use to keep a class on task.  Much of this comes down to daily procedures.

I use a combination of items from Wong's The First Day's Of School, and the techniques of Cooperative Discipline.
