  1. Most stores with a pharmacy have them behind the counter. But you need to know a brand name before asking, so do some online research to see which will best suit the symptoms you are trying to alleviate. You have to be "of age" same as to buy tobacco, which I suppose is 21. Have to show I.D. and fill out and sign a form so they can track your usage. The idea is to slow down the crack meth manufacturers. A real nuisance for people who only get allergy or cold relief from ephedra. Can also buy ephedra herb online in bulk - perfectly legal. Use safely.

  2. It comes as an inhaler called Primatene Mist.  However, unless they change the formula, it will go off market at the end of this year.  That inhaler still uses CFC propellant, and that will become illegal.  The other inhalers have phased in a new propellant.  I don't know how much it costs because no one ever buys it.

  3. It is legal to buy, but usually it will be described (or disguised if you will) as a bronchdialtor.  It is easier to find them in truck stops...it's popular with truckers to keep them awake.  You don't see it too often in stores because people don't want to be sued if some kid took too much and died.  It's also available online.
