I've heard that to play the "Games for Windows" PC games, most of them require an Xbox 360 controller.

you can get much information in this website, If you will check anyone blue link in website

  2. No they don't require a 360 controller. The "Games for windows" means that it will support a 360 game pad as standard, Its one of the requirements that developers have to include if they want the "games for windows" logo. It makes it easier for the consumer, when you buy one of these games you know it support a game pad, it doesn't mean you cant play with a keyboard/mouse. So you can play Beijing 2008 without it but its allot harder, all moves in the the user manual are set up for the 360 controller it doesn't have any for the keyboard/mouse moves, so although you can play without a controller its trial and error as to what keys do what. Daft i know. You would think that being on the P.C it would have both 360 game pad and keyboard/mouse moves, but it doesn't.
