Being 9th caller in radio station contests??!! HELP (tips needed)?

Every day sometime around 10 am to 3pm you can call in to win Jonas Brother tickets and you have to be the 9th caller, and I dial the number Before she says it and i ALWAYS get a busy signal. Tomorrow is the last day to do, I REALLY wanna see this concert so any help will be appreciated!! God bless. :)
