  1. i don't know but please ignore the racist retards who answer your question.

i hope you find your solution. :(

  2. That is not true; you can file for your wife if you are only a resident, but nobody really knows how long it will take. It might take about a year if you do all your paperwork right and dont skip any step.  Go to this website it helped me a lot:

  3. You must be a citizen of USA before you can even file a petition for a fiancee or spouse visa.  It currently takes between 7 months to a year to bring a spouse with you from another country, it makes no difference if you are married already or if she is your fiancee and you plan to get married in USA.

  4. Actually, the answer is far simpler than the others realize. Since you're active duty, you can actually bring your spouse to the US on a B2 visa. According to the Foreign Affairs Manual available on travel.state.gov, or 9 FAM 41.31 N13, dependents of alien members of the Armed Forces (ie, you) temporarily assigned for duty in the US are eligible for B2 visas. Of course, you should file your immigration paperwork anyway, while you're waiting for US citizenship, which is currently expedited for active duty personnel, and upgrade it after you become a citizen or file immediately afterwards. You can check this out with your command or the nearest USCIS office.
