Being a b.sc graduate in biotechnology can I go for ms in biotechnology in us?

Hi, I hav done my b.sc in biotechnology. I would like to know if i can do my ms in biotechnology in USA with 15 years of education? Do i have to do a pre-ms course? Is it advisable to do the pre-ms course in USA itself or here in India? Can u suggest me few colleges which offer a pre-ms course in India, preferably in Hyderabad and which is accepted in the US...
