What exactly does this involve please if i am asked to be a co-sponsor for someone wishing to come to the UK (from Thailand)

  1. Equally liable and responsible for any wrongdoing done by the entrant that was sponsored to come to their country.


  2. the latest news i heard about sponsoring a relative is you will be liable for that person. if he/she overstayed will ban from sponsoring, fine or jail...
