Being a doctor - New York or London?

Okay, i want to study to become a doctor but i dont know whcih city to study and to work in. Can someone tell me how much it will cost and how easy it would be to get citizenship in America as i live in England. Will i be able to get a grant from somewhere and is there some sort of organisation that could help me with this. Pleeaseee help!!

  1. Citizenship takes years, first you need a student visa, then a work visa, then a green card after five years on the green card ~  then you can apply for US Citizenship if you want to.

    Why not study in the UK?
