  1. If your homeless you shouldnt be picky on what you eat.

  2. Considering the cost of food - meat in particular - - pretty soon I think finding such a place won't be all that hard at all.

With food prices projected to be going up - the food pantry places that I normally refer people to running out of food before meeting all the needs of those in line - - finding a place that is going to be giving away any sort of meat products is going to be less and less.

  3. You shouldn't have to go far to find a Food Not Bombs chapter near you.

Some areas have FNB servings daily but in other places, you'll have to wait days between their offerings.

  4. I don't believe there are any strictly veg*n soup kitchens. The best you could do would be to just ask them if they have that option or just take the vegetable and rice/bread portion of the meal, provided they serve that.

  5. There is a group called Orlando Food Not Bombs in Orlando, FL where they have food shares three times a week that are vegan and vegetarian friendly. Here is the link: http://orlandofoodnotbombs.org/ Being uncertain about the roof over your head or where your next meal is going to come from is rough especially when you are a veggie.  I wish you all the best.

  6. I must agree with the last answer.  I know that everyone has their preferences, but if you're homeless...how can you be picky?  If you don't know where your next meal comes from or if you are going to have one, would you really turn down meat???

  7. That's hilarious, a vegan soup kitchen. If you're seriously going to be homeless, hunger will take precedent over your chosen diet before too long.

    Good luck with that.

  8. There should be ways of finding thrown out into garbage vegetarian food.I knew a guy who went with the fall of darkness to a pre-known by him for it garbage heap and collected there some bread, thrown out by some organizations like restaurants or so.He almost made a living on this, except that his(rented and bad)room held like nothing but bread pieces and his landlords bad chairs and bed, rest half ruined.Check who throws such stuff out by visiting large garbage containers. When finding some, come when noone sees and take it.Bread can be obtained so,may be some veges too,the latter might get thrown out by a local market where people who grow veges themselves or buy from them sell them,as they are too bad for sale by quality.Cut off the bad piece, wash the rest and here we go

  9. THeres places you can stay if your homeless. They give you support foodand a place to stay for the time being. Im sure there will be things you can eat.
