  2. The first thing I notice is, of course, appearance. Did they dress for the position they are applying for? Next is eye contact. Can they look me in the eye or are they looking down or off. Grammar is big on the list. Companies are not in need of people that talk in street slang. And one of my things is their hands. I look for CLEAN, neat and cared for hands. However, the most important thing of all is ATTITUDE. It means everything. The fact that you care enough to ask what to do says a lot about you. Good luck.
