  1. Relax, let yourself go and have lots of babymaking s*x with your husband, typically in the missionary or man-from-behind positions. Have him stay inside you for a few minutes after he ejaculates, and also make sure he gets you to o****m since that will increase your chances of conceiving. If you're having intercourse in the missionary position, put a pillow under your bottom and stay like that for about 15 minutes after you finish. With a bit of luck, you'll be expecting your first child in no time.

  2. beleive that it is possible to get pregnat without stress, then take a step towards achieving it by eating well, follow up your ovulation period and relax

  3. Number one: Never assume that there is such a thing as "easy conceiving". Hopefully it works out for you quickly and it turns out you and your hubby have no fertility issues. And it helps to know that even a healthy couple with perfect timing and no known fertility issues still have just a 20-25% chance of success each cycle. It is not abnormal to take several months of trying. Most fertility specialists will not see a healthy couple until they have been trying for a year or more (barring any known medical history that could affect things, or "advanced maternal age").

Next, I highly recommend buying the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility". It is a wonderful book for not only women trying to have a baby, but for any women who just wants to be more knowledgeable about their bodies and cycles.

And a few basics to fill you in on - you have to have s*x during or around ovulation. In an "average" 28 day cycle it is said that ovulation occurs around day 14 (cycle day 1 is the first day of your period), but many woman vary from that. Some have shorter cycles, longer cycles, and ovulation can vary as well. Sperm live up to 5 days inside a woman, so you can have s*x and 5 days later, ovulate and get pregnant. The egg lives 12-24 hours, and after that time your fertile window is over with. So as you can see, it is important to know when you ovulate. You can guesstimate based on the "average" cycle, and it may very well work for you. There are also ways to find out for sure. You can chart your BBT (Basal Body Temp) and use the info to pinpoint ovulation. You can use an OPK (Ovulation Prediction Kit), which is probably found next to pregnancy tests in any drug store, Target, etc. You can also track other fertility signs such as cervical mucus. The mucus around ovulation is known as "egg white cervical mucus" (ewcm) and is clear, stretchy and slippery. It is ideal for sperm survival and travel. This won't tell you exactly when you ovulate but it will give you an idea of when you might be around that time.

There really can be a lot more to it than they teach you in high school...but having s*x of course is the number one thing you need to do lol. It is just timing that is important!

  4. 1. You should try intercourse as  described in the style  "missionary s*x position" this way you have the p***s deep in and when it ejectulates keep it in for a while and be at that position lying straight on the bed for some time, it may become easier to conceive

    2. you should try to do sexual activity daily or at the most on alternate days.

    3. Try that woman on the the bed and man up any position
