  1. you could try and take iron tablet supplements to replace the vital iron lost when you don't eat meat. (needed for healthy blood), losing too much iron can make you feel tired and sometimes makes you anaemic. It's probably just in your head as the thought of being a vegetarian is new to you. Good luck!

  2. yeah, it's probably just all in your head. i'm 14 and i love being vegetarian. i've been vegetarian for 3 months, but i do believe a month ago i accidently ate some chicken. it was in my chicken alfredo [minus the chicken of course] but the resturant didn't take it all out. after i realized what it was i spit it out but my stomach still felt different, i believe it was just guilt of eating it. so thats probably what your feeling.

  3. Why isn't it easy?

  4. Being a vegetarian teenager isn't easy? I must have done something wrong, because I had a blast being a young veghead.

You have to still eat a balanced diet. Yeah, eating a ton of carbs counts as vegetarian, but it sure as heck ain't healthy. Fruits, veggies, grains, dairy & eggs if you want, you can't just pick one. My brother went vegetarian as a kid, but rarely ate vegetables. Instead, he replaced meat with processed junk food. In the end, he gained a ton of weight (He's discovered the joys of veggies now, don't worry. :P). It is totally possible to be an unhealthy veg*n, but as long as you keep everything balanced, you'll do fine.

  5. if you dont want to exclude all animals from ur diet u could be a pisceterian(might be spelled wrong) it means u dont eat meat but eat fish and shell fish. its way easier

  6. I don't think after only a week of no meat you would have any side effects. You could just be in your head
