Question:

Being able to eat a lot without being fat?

I've seen the Japanese guy on tv. I want to eat a lot, consume a lot without being fat. There must be an intense way of training in order to manipulate the body to somehow stretch the stomach in a way where the food somehow doesn't end up in just the belly. Any information would be nice.

  1. i don't get fat even though i eat a lot and drink pints of beer everyday. i think it's genetic and not about training your stomach. people like me have got unique metabolism apparently. we eat a lot but the next day when we wake up our weights are back to normal. some of us want to put more weight but we can't. it's not a great thing.
