  1. lions, tigers = cat type animals, freedom

    being chased = being criticized

manage to get away = stay away from, off from criticism

The break-up may seem be the trigger to the dream.  Perhaps, your friend is feeling some freedom or lift off from some restriction.  That may be about relationship she was in.   Projecting being chased by those cat type animals suggests that she is feeling lack of freedom; however, manage to get away may suggest that she is seeking to end the relationship and look for more freedom in reality.

  2. Big cats to me are honesty and integrity. I think she was beginning to turn into someone she didn't like because of the relationship turning sour. I think she is basically honest but she got caught in trying to hurt someone as a way of getting back at them for the way they were, but she knew it wasn't right in her heart of hearts. She probably has a few regrets and these she needs to put behind her now, the past is exactly that, it can't catch up with her if she doesn't let it. She deserves some  good coming her way, I think she feels a bit numb, like its surreal at the moment, but before she knows it, life will move on. Use the strength of the big cats to walk with her head held high, if you think of them, they are graceful, walk with no cares in the world. She has to do this, never mind what people are saying, the time to worry is when they're not talking about you!!!!!

  3. You should read The Dream Game by Ann Faraday, it can teach you to easily understand your own dreams. It's not wise to depend on the interpretations of others since they aren't you and your dreams depend solely on how you perceive things.

  4. two memories that are haunting her..
