Question:

Being more Sociable and outgoing?

Ok......Does anyone know of any Herbal Remedy that will help someone relax and feel (be) more outgoing. I'm certain I suffer from some level of shyness or social anxiety. Medication for this seems to be a total waste. Therapy isn't a great option either. I believe it has got to be something in the brain (Chemical) being released.

I don't like drinking, but whenever I start drinking (or take an Ambien) I wanna talk with people, I am more outgoing and sociable, I relax and show and feel more emotion (happy, funny etc....). I actually thrive off the energy I get from it.

Does anyone have and suggestions? Can anyone relate? I would love to hear your story
